Using the tried and tested recipe of rosewood and spruce, the L-03RE brings an air of sophistication to the recording series. Building on the 'all killer, no filler' formula this guitar allows the timbers to speak for themselves both in the tone of the guitar and in its understated, classy looks. A thin satin finish makes the guitar feel natural and easy to play and never looks too flashy. Once again the stars of the show are the high quality timbers and the excellent Larrivee craftsmanship.

Sound
The L shape takes the sonic formula of the dreadnaught and removes the boom or woof, making a for a more versatile guitar that welcomes finger pickers and flat pick users without predjudice. The Rosewood imparts warmth and air to the top end, while supporting an extended low frequency when compared to mahogany.
